The base fee for our service is $300. If the home is larger than 3000 square feet our fee goes to ten cents per living area square foot. Be cautious of "discount inspection services." You usually get what you pay for. |

Long Does It Take?
Our on-site inspections take two to five hours depending on the size and condition of the home. After the on-site inspection, you will have the written report within 48 hours--usually 24-36. The post inspection discussion will depend on the clients' schedules. |
