Why
Inspect?
Most builders believe they are building
a quality home but many times errors and oversights occur. Each home
is of complex construction involving many sub-contractors, trades and skills.
Errors can be made and even the best of builders will miss them.
Also, a home is impacted by weather conditions and maintenance or lack thereof after it is completed and throughout its life.
Our inspection will let you know if there is reason for concern and/or
if anything needs to be done. It is also balanced in that it tells
you the good points too. This provides the information for an informed
and sound decision before you go any further.
